Dan Hand (Artist Manager – Inside Pocket)

Dan Hand has been an active participant of the music business for over 10 years. He’s managed his own roster of musical artists since 2009 and has majority of his experience in artist management, A&R at both Independent (Underground Operations) and major record labels (Universal Music Canada) and general indie label management.

Artists who’ve partnered with Dan have gone on to see world wide album releases, world wide touring, gold records, music video awards, Juno award nominations, collected government arts funding dollars among many other professional and personal accomplishments. An accomplished entrepreneur over the last 5 years Dan has founded both Black Lamb Music (an artist management company) & Cloud Empire Creative (an entertainment booking company).

His most recent industry move was accepting a position at Gavin Brown’s artist management company Inside Pocket, managing artists such as League Of Wolves, MAÏA, Havelin, and recording Producer Dajaun Martineau. His management alumni roster is made up of: Abandon All Ships, Diemonds, Darenots, and Rob Moir amongst many others….
