After 5 amazing nights of music at venues all over downtown Toronto with 100’s of artists playing their hearts out, Indie Week came to a breathtaking conclusion as 6 artists took to the stage, SUN NOV 17 at the Mod Club Theatre to perform at the Indie Week Awards Show including Piqued Jacks (Italy), Free But Sharp Pain (aka FBSP）(Japan), Luxe (Can) and Bo Welland (Can), Indie Week 2018 “Best of the Fest” Triss (South Korea) and headlining the night was Canada’s own Nikki’s Wives!

After the judges tabulated their votes it was announced that Bo Welland (Can) were named “The Best of Fest”! With over 13,000 votes cast Luxe (Can) were named winners of the “People’s Choice” Award.

As well as all of the live performances the Indie 101 conference educated and captivated audiences at The Revival Bar, The Thompson Hotel and Harris Institute. Thank you to all of the panelists who made Indie 101 so special this year!
