The indie101 Conference features industry panels, mentorships, B2B meetings, demo listening sessions, Tech Day, industry mixers with over 150+ Delegates in attendance.

This year included a Keynote with Steve Stewart VEZT CEO and former Stone Temple Pilots Manager who has raised over $1 Billion Dollars for his latest company.

Another highlight included a special presentation from Michelle Shocked titled “Musical Chairs: a Survivor’s C.A.S.E. for Artists’ Rights Now!” where she shared a unique and personal perspective on violations of her consent and a defense of artists’ rights.

Various indie101 Panel topics this year included Sync & Licensing, Bookers & Festivals, Radio, Rights & Royalties, Indigenous Programs, Funding & Grants, Streaming, Demo Listening and more!

Thank you all for your participation in the indie101 conference at panels, mixers, B2B sessions, networking with each other, making new friends, supporting our local businesses and venues, and supporting your fellow artists!

Sincere thanks to the team at Revival Bar and The Thompson Hotel for their hospitality and giving our indie101 industry conference a home from NOV 14-16, and all of the dedicated Indie Week volunteers without whom we would not be able to put on the festival.
